Advance Career Ltd, on behalf of our client a prestigious institution well-regarded business school, recognized for its strong emphasis on providing high-quality business education, we seek to recruit an Academic Affairs Officer for their premises in Limassol:
Responsibilities:
Manage the admissions process, ensuring smooth handling of applications and documentation.
Communicate effectively with prospective students, providing guidance and information about programs and admission requirements.
Offer support to students and faculty members, addressing inquiries and ensuring their needs are met in a timely manner.
Perform general administrative duties, including maintaining records and organizing events related to academic affairs.
Qualifications:
Bachelor in Business Management, Marketing or other related field
Excellent verbal and written communication skills
Ability to work effectively in a team
Detail-oriented and organized
Previous experience in admissions or student services is a plus
Fluency in Greek and English
Working Hours: Monday to Friday, 9:00am-1:00pm & 3:00pm-7:00pm
