Job Description

Advance Career, on behalf of our client, a professional and elite yacht company with offices located in both Larnaca and Limassol, is seeking to recruit an Accounts Administrator to be based in Larnaca;

Responsibilities:
Book-keeping
Preparation of daily Cash Flows
Reconciliations of bank accounts and clearing companies to internal systems
Assisting in the preparation of the monthly management accounts.
Assisting in the preparation and submission of VAT reports to ensure compliance with tax regulations and deadlines.
Responsible for the proper and efficient filing of all documents relating to the above procedures.
Payable and receivable, including tracking invoices, processing payments, and liaising with vendors and clients.

Qualifications
Graduate of Secondary School
LCCI Intermediate or Higher
Very good knowledge of Microsoft Excel and Word. Knowledge of E-soft would be an advantage
Fluency in Greek and English

Benefits:
An attractive remuneration package will be offered to the successful candidate. Working hours 9-5 Monday to Friday. (Friday finish earlier) There is great potential of the role becoming full time.
