Job Description

Advance Career, on behalf of our client, a Licensed CFD Organization in Limassol, is seeking to recruit an Accounts Officer to work closely with the Head of Finance;

Responsibilities:
Maintaining financial records.
Creating and processing invoices.
Managing accounts payable and receivable.
Conducting monthly reconciliations.
Maintaining the Fixed Asset Register.
Executing payments to suppliers, affiliates and the tax department.
Preparing and submitting VAT returns.
Maintaining, monitoring, and recording the petty cash of the Company.
Assisting external auditors with the year-end audit.
Providing general administrative support to the finance department as required.
Assisting the Head of Finance.
Training will be provided

Qualifications:
University degree in Accounting, Finance, Economics, Business or a similar field or an LCCI Higher certification.
At least 1 year of experience in a similar role.
Previous experience in Fintech or Forex industries will be considered an advantage.
Proficiency in MS Excel and other accounting software.
Knowledge and competency in accounting principles.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
Fluent in English, both written and spoken.
