Business Analyst (Forex) – Athens

Job Description

Advance Career, on behalf of our client, a Forex Company with offices in Cyprus and Greece, is seeking to recruit a Business Analyst for their growing team in Athens;

Responsibilities:
Liaising with business to confirm needed changes to the system and coordination when applying said changes
Writing business requirements documentation in user story format along with use cases for new feature requests
Analysing both product lines an overall profitability of the business
Develop and monitor data quality metrics and ensure business data and reporting needs are met
Creating logical and innovative solutions to complex business problems with a focus on automation and improvements to the customer experience
Documenting newly created solutions in project packages
Preparing documentation on process flows and presenting them when needed
Working closely with developers to ensure technical compatibility and end user satisfaction
Defining business requirements and reporting them back to stakeholders

Qualifications:
Degree in Engineering, Computer Science, or similar field
Strong technology, analytical and communication skills
Excellent command of the English language both verbal and written
Must have strong attention to detail and organization skills
Must be analytical with the capability to evaluate business objectives and come up with innovative solutions
Experience in financial sector strongly preferred
Analytical, quick-thinking and ability to quickly grasp what is required
