Advance Career, on behalf of οur client, a prominent financial services provider based in Limassol, is looking to hire motivated and results-driven Business Developers. The ideal candidate(s) will focus on driving business growth, identifying new opportunities, and fostering relationships with affiliates, brokers, and clients to help expand the company’s presence in the global market

Responsibilities:
Business Development:
Proactively identify and pursue new business opportunities to strengthen the company’s market position.
Strategy and Planning: Lead and implement business development strategies and action plans to surpass organizational targets.
Partnerships: Onboard existing portfolio and research and initiate new partnerships with online affiliates, affiliate networks, and Introducing Brokers (IBs) across international markets.
Client Expansion: Utilize existing client relationships to generate new business opportunities and enhance the development pipeline.
Strategic Growth: Design growth strategies focused on both financial success and customer satisfaction.
Client Engagement: Organize and attend business meetings with potential Business Partners and clients
Managing Affiliates & IBs: Maintain relationships with both new and existing IBs and affiliates to maximize business potential.
Industry Insight: Stay up-to-date with global financial market trends and industry news.
Compliance: Ensure all client documentation follows applicable regulations and compliance guidelines.
Collaboration with Sales Teams: Work closely with sales teams to craft tailored proposals for clients and secure contracts.
Contract Negotiation: Negotiate favorable contract terms with clients to secure profitable deals.
Cross-Functional Coordination: Collaborate with design and production teams to ensure the timely and successful execution of contracts.

Qualifications:
Previous experience in business development or sales within the financial sector is essential.
Proven track record in sales and business development
Strong negotiation skills and the ability to close deals successfully.
Excellent networking and relationship-building abilities.
Exceptional verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to present to groups.
Highly self-motivated with the capacity to work independently and take initiative in expanding business.
Ability to perform well under pressure and meet tight deadlines.
Basic understanding of technical and fundamental analysis in the financial markets.
