Advance Career Ltd on behalf of our client a renowned Resort seeks to recruit a highly-skilled Chef De Partie in charge of the Japanese Restaurant in Paphos:

Responsibilities:
Skilled in cutting, slicing, and filleting different types of fish.
Inspecting the quality of fruits, vegetables, and fish used to prepare sushi dishes
Liaising with the Executive Chef evaluating quality standards.
Preparing various types of sushi dishes according to established guidelines on quality, portion size, presentation and food safety.
Maintaining a clean work environment in order to prevent food contamination.
Responsible for the inventory of food supplies and required products.
Knowledgeable/Experienced in sterilization standards of all utensil and equipment used in sushi preparation before every use.

Qualifications:
Degree in Culinary Arts or Equivalent.
Eligible to work in Cyprus
Proven experience working in a similar position
Sound knowledge of food safety regulations.
The ability to work under pressure.
Customer service focussed
