Job Description

Advance Career Ltd, on behalf of our client, a prominent player in the construction and development sector, we are seeking an experienced Chief Financial Officer (CFO) to join their team in Limassol.

Responsibilities:
Ensure the accuracy and timeliness of all financial information.
Prepare management reports, including Cash Flow and Budget Reports.
Oversee payroll processing and quarterly VAT reports.
Review expenditures and revenues to ensure alignment with budgetary targets.
Maintain effective communication with banks, auditors, clients, and vendors.
Undertake ad hoc tasks as requested by management.

Qualifications:
Bachelor’s degree in Accounting or Finance.
Professional qualification (e.g., ACCA or ACA) is preferred.
Minimum of 10 years of extensive experience in the construction industry is essential.
Proven experience in an international environment.
Strong knowledge of Cyprus VAT, Income Tax, and Social Insurance laws.
Fluent in English; additional languages are a plus.
