Advance Career, on behalf of our client, an Online Gaming organization located in Limassol, is seeking to recruit a Customer Support Representative ;

Responsibilities:
Dealing directly with clients’ queries over chat system, e-mail and phone
Answering client’s requests
Promoting products and services to clients
Optimize customers’ satisfaction
Interacting with other departments as necessary to meet client’s needs
Maintaining professionalism at all instances

Qualifications:

Able to work 24/7 shifts on rotation; (08.00 – 16.00, 16.00 – 00.00, 00.00 – 08.00)
Experience preferred but not mandatory
Excellent command of English language
Attention to details and quality of work
Eligible to work in EU
