Advance Career Ltd on behalf of our client a renowned and established financial services organization, seeks to recruit an Employee Engagement Specialist to join their professional team:
Responsibilities:
Works closely with the Management team to accelerate employee engagement and culture transformation
Nourishes trusting relationships with employees and management
Foster diversity and inclusion with an emphasis on building high performing teams
Provide support around HR strategies that drive the vision, culture and business needs on a company wide level
Ensures that the employee’s voices are heard through culture surveys, exit interviews, focus groups, one to one’s, and any other means necessary
Clearly links initiatives back to the voice of the employee and shares successes
Participates in the development of engagement plans and helps drive actions at all levels from group-wide initiatives
Assist key stakeholders in the development of coaching and mentoring programs
Facilitates a wide range of employee engagement activities to support a positive work environment
Research best practices related to employee engagement and implement quality programs
Keep track of data relating to turnover and retention to measure success
Contribute to ensuring the development and implementation of an effective performance management system
Carries out any further duties assigned by their line manager
Contributes to a positive and dynamic working environment
Qualifications:
University/College diploma in a relevant field
5+ years of HR and employee relations experience
Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English
Must possess the highest level of integrity and have a proven ability to gain trust from all levels of the business
Conveys emotional intelligence and cultivates strong relationships
Impeccable organisational skills with attention to detail
