Job Description

Advance Career Ltd, on behalf of our client a renowned Marine/Construction services provider, seeks to recruit an HR Administrator to join their dynamic and growing professional team at their offices in Limassol:

Responsibilities:
Forming, maintaining employee records and updating databases internally.
Preparing and amending where necessary HR document (e.g., employment agreements).
Assist with recruitment and hiring process.
Assisting with payroll by providing the department with relevant employee information, i.e., holiday and sick days taken.
Answer employees queries about HR-related issues.
Being updated about the provisions of the relevant legislation or human resource regulations.

Qualifications:
Bachelor’s or master’s degree in human resources management or any other relevant field.
2 years of experience in a relevant position.
Excellent command of the written and spoken Greek and English language.
High level of communication skills: teamwork, willing to help people.
Multitasking and time management skills.
High level of initiative and confidentiality.
Office Programs knowledge, knowledge of EXELSYS would be an advantage.

Benefits:
An attractive remuneration package will be offered to the successful candidate. Working hours are 8-5 and benefits include 13th salary and medical fund.
