Advance Career Ltd on behalf of our client an established Group of Companies is seeking to recruit an IT Audit and Compliance Manager. Details follow in the description below:
Responsibilities:
GAP Assessments & IT Audits:
Lead the IT Department in conducting GAP assessments and internal IT audits following EBA Guidelines and DORA.
Implement ISO27001 standards.
Audit Planning & Management:
Oversee audit planning, compliance, and risk management.
Develop and maintain IT policies and reports.
Pre-Audit & Review:
Perform pre-audits, inspections, and reviews of supporting evidence.
Prepare and maintain pre-audit, GAP assessment, and IT audit templates.
Audit Reporting:
Write detailed and accurate audit reports.
Conduct post-audit meetings to discuss findings and recommendations.
Documentation & Memos:
Develop internal memos for Cyprus, EU, and Offshore Jurisdictions.
Compliance & Standards:
Ensure compliance with ISO27001 and SOC 1, 2, 3 standards.
Stay updated with technological advancements and emerging threats.
Work with other departments for comprehensive IT audit coverage.
Coordinate with the in-house IT service provider.
Provide advice on IT infrastructure, systems, and risk management.
Identify areas for improvement and recommend effective solutions.
Handle any other IT-related duties and implementation of new technologies as they arise.
Qualifications:
Bachelor’s degree in information technology, Computer Science, or a related field.
Professional certification such as CISA, CISM or equivalent.
Strong knowledge of IT audit methodologies, tools, techniques, ISO27001
Certificates such as ISO27001-LI | GDPR-P | CISSP will be considered as an advantage
Experience in a similar role position up to 7 years
Strong attention to detail and accuracy and with exceptional analytical skills.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Highly organized, able to multitask, work well under pressure and deliver on time.
Fluent in English and Greek language, both verbal and written (knowledge of any other language shall be considered an advantage)
