IT specialist (Asset Management) – Limassol

Job Description

Advance Career Ltd on behalf of our client a well established Asset Management organisation is seeking to recruit an IT specialist;

Responsibilities:
Perform the role of 1-3 lines of support depending on competencies;
Provide support to sector experts located in Moscow office to maintain the basic services (email, file exchange, IP telephony, terminal access, system of access control and management, video monitoring, user terminals, printing, document management, corporate portal);
Provide support to sector experts located in Moscow office on business services proper functioning (Point9, Quik, Bloomberg, SAP, 1C, World-check etc);
Provide support and training of computer users (if necessary) in Limassol;
Organize implementation of new services (if necessary) in cooperation with specialists in Moscow;
Maintain the engineering infrastructure of offices in Limassol;
Area of responsibility: Users; Software; Hardware; IT projects; Other technical equipment of the company; Compliance of IT infrastructure with the requirements of normative documents (with support of sector employees of the company);

Qualifications:
Degree in Information Technology/Relevant
Fluency in English and Russian
System administration experience:
Cloud technologies:
– Microsoft O365 (Exchange, Sharepoint, Teams).
– Microsoft Azure, Intune, Entra: (VM, Conditional Access, Endpoint security, Retention policies, Compliance policies and e.t.c.)
– Amazon AWS: EC2, S3, Lightsail
– Mimecast Email Gateway and policies
– Google Workspace Admin center
– experience with systems is desirable: Exclaimer, Callcabinet, Sentinelone, Datto Backup

Local technologies:
– servers ProLiant HP DL360;
– network equipment Dell N1548 switch cluster, cisco anyconnect, Cisco Router и Firewall Cisco FTD\FDM, CCNA certification level and above.
– Virtualization systems VMware 6.x\7.x vSphere cluster.
– OS Windows Server 2016\2019 (Active Directory, DHCP, DNS, WSUS, DFS, Certification Authority, Trusting relationship and e.t.c.)
– OS Debian 12, Ubuntu 16.
– Microsoft Exchange 2016
– Veeam Backup & Replication
– Barracuda Email Security Gateway (equipment)
– RTG Network Monitor
– PBX 3CX v20
– Wi-Fi UniFi
– APC UPS PowerChute and UPS Network Management Card
– Experience in setting up access control (ACTManage) and video surveillance systems (Nemon2) is desirable

Data store:
– NetApp FAS2720 Cluster (iSCSI)
– ONTAP System Manager (be able to configure LUNs, Volumes, Storage VMs
