Junior Accountant (Group Of Investments) – Limassol

Job Description

Advance Career Ltd on behalf of our client a well established Group of Investments, seeks to recruit a Junior Accountant to join their dynamic team in Limassol:

Responsibilities:
Recording day to day financial transactions and keeping proper accounting records for Group Companies and Branches
Regular review of intercompany transactions
Monthly reconciliations of Creditors, Debtors, Banks
Preparation and submission of VAT returns
Assist in the preparation of Financial Statements
Liaise with banks and auditors
Preparation of payments
Preparation of financial reports / analysis
Meeting company reporting deadlines

Qualifications:
Degree Holder in Accounting and Finance or any other relevant field
Prior experience in accounting/bookkeeping will be considered as an advantage
Good personality and ability to work as a member of a team and supporting colleagues
Fluent in Greek and English
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Excellent knowledge of Excel, Word and Microsoft Outlook
Strong organizational and problem-solving skills
Ethical, Trustworthy, discreet, dynamic with the ability to work under pressure
Open to sponsor for ACA/ACCA studies in case the candidate would wish to pursue the qualification.
