Junior DevOps Engineer (Forex) – Limassol

Job Description

Advance Career, on behalf of our client, a Forex organization with offices in Limassol, is seeking to recruit a Junior DevOps Engineer;

Responsibilities:
Deploys, automates, maintains, and manages production systems to ensure high availability, performance, and security
Builds, releases, and manages production systems
System troubleshooting and problem solving across platforms and application domains
Designs and implements the automation processes in relation to configuration change
Develops and enables continuous integration/continuous deployment for automation system components
Builds tools that streamline development and deployment
Develops monitoring and alerting, both technically and culturally
Builds and maintains highly available distributed applications
Works with diverse stacks, including both state-full and stateless services

Qualifications:
University degree in Computer Science or in any other related field
Previous experience in a relevant position will be considered as an advantage
Basic knowledge of Linux O/S is mandatory
Excellent command of the English language
Certificate in a related field position will be considered as an advantage
Attention to detail
Excellent communication skills
Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines
Able to work in a fast-paced environment
Eligible to work in Cyprus
