Job Description
Advance Career on behalf of our client an International Travel Management Organization seeks to recruit an Operations Coordinator to join the team at their offices in Limassol:
Responsibilities:
Provide administrative support to the organisation’s senior staff and executives.
Organize meetings, manage travel arrangements if necessary
Liaise and coordinate between suppliers and ground operations, cruise operations, hospitality operations for a smooth running of itineraries/schedules.
Be on call on rotation with other team members.
Ad Hoc Finance duties such as organizing reports of payments., monitor charges as per agreements.
Coordinate organized events and prepare reports and communications on behalf of others.
Qualifications:
University Degree
LCCI Intermediate or Higher would be an advantage
Excellent communications skills
Fluency in English and Greek
Computer Literate
Organized and client service focussed
Working hours Monday – Thursday 8:30 – 5:00 and Friday 8:30 – 2:30
