Job Description

Advance Career is looking to recruit a Russian Speaking Personal Assistant to the MD to join the team;

Responsibilities:
Assist with the daily administration activities
Screening calls
Responsible for organizing any events such as birthday parties or business meetings.
Liaise with collaborators
Manage MD’s Calendar
Manage traveling arrangements for the MD
Attend board meetings and take minutes
Handling general correspondence

Qualifications :
University Degree in Business Administration or Relevant
Minimum 2 years’ experience in a similar position
Excellent knowledge of MS Office
Ability to work as part of a team and on own initiative.
Excellent analytical, organizational and communication skills.
Excellent knowledge of Russian/Greek/English (spoken & written)
