Job Description
Advance Career Ltd on behalf of our client, a well established financial services organization seeks to recruit a Reconciliations Officer:
Responsibilities:
Reconcile Data in the accounting system (reconcile banks/PSPs balances with account statements and client funds with platform balances) daily
Follow up and resolve tasks with other departments in the company
Assist in the reporting of the reconciliation findings
Perform research, reconciliation, and resolution of all account discrepancies
Preparing various daily/weekly/monthly reports related to client funds and balances
Assist in the reporting of the reconciliation findings
Liaise with other departments to investigate discrepancies
Qualifications:
Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Business, or related field
At least 1 year of previous experience in a similar position
Outstanding ability to identify errors
Advanced computer software skills including Microsoft Excel
High level of attention to detail
Ability to multi – task and prioritize
Fluency in English language
Team player and Trustworthiness
Able to adjust easily on any new product and payment method on boarded by the company
