Job Description
Advance Career, on behalf of our client, a well established Accounting and Corporate Services provider Firm in Limassol, is seeking to recruit a Secretary / Office Administrator;
Responsibilities:
Direct assistance to the Directors and professional staff of the office
Answering incoming calls, forwarding calls and taking messages
Handling office tasks such as filing, receiving / sending parcels and letters, arrangement and execution of orders of office needs (supermarket, stationery etc.)
Welcoming and assisting visitors / clients
Ensure the smooth running of the reception area
Other ad-hoc tasks
Qualifications:
Diploma in secretarial studies / office administration will be considered as an advantage
2 years of experience in a similar position is required.
Positive and easy going personality
Sound knowledge of English and Greek (both written and verbal)
Attention to detail and willingness to work
Good knowledge of Microsoft office tools (MS Word, MS Excel, MS Outlook etc.)
Benefits:
An attractive remuneration package will be offered to the successful candidate. Working hours 8:30-5:30 Monday – Thursday Friday 8:30-14:00hrs
