Senior Reconciliation Officer (Forex) – Limassol

Job Description

Advance Career, on behalf of our client, a Forex Company with offices in Limassol, is seeking to recruit a Senior Reconciliation Officer;

Responsibilities:
Responsible for data reconciliations in the accounting system (Reconcile banks/PSPs Balances with their statement and Client Balances with Platform balances) daily
Follow up and resolve tasks with other departments in the company
Resolve any discrepancies identified in an efficient and effective manner
In charge of the reconciliation findings reporting
Identify weakness on the systems to avoid losses for the company
Prepare various daily/weekly/monthly reports related to client’s funds and balances
Stay up to date with the general company’s policies and procedures

Qualifications:
Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Business, or related field
Previous experience in a similar position within the forex industry
Advanced computer software skills; Microsoft Excel is a must
Fluency in English language
Outstanding ability to identify errors
High level of attention to detail
Ability to multi – task and prioritize
Able to adjust easily on any new product and payment method on boarded by the company
